Christopher LeBlanc, associate professor of engineering technology at , was elected as chair of programming for the Engineering Technology Division of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), which has more than 12,000 members in academia, government and industry. promotes excellence in engineering technology education by offering professional development and grant opportunities, sponsoring national and regional meetings, publishing The Journal of Engineering Technology and advancing access to postsecondary education in engineering. During his one-year term as chair, LeBlanc will organize technical sessions and business meetings, manage paper submissions, assign peer reviewers and select moderators for the ASEE Annual Conference & Exposition.
